Bringing over 20 years of experience as a coach, educator, learning experience designer, facilitator, and manager, Chris Larson has worked with a diverse set of companies, universities, and government agencies. Chris’s specialty is in STEM professionals and industries, where he has coached and trained a wide range of individuals within organizations spanning high-tech, chemical, bioscience, academic, and public sectors.
Chris has created innovative educational programs, supported career advancement, and empowered individuals and teams at all levels to achieve impact by broadening self-awareness, increasing social agility and resiliency, and improving leadership competencies with hundreds of students and professionals in over 160 companies and agencies. Chris is a skilled and experienced facilitator with real-world experience: His background in talent management, cognitive neuroscience, leadership training, and business acumen are vital skills he draws on to help teams and organizations reframe and solve problems, improve performance, build healthy cultures, and lead change with courage and resilience.
Chris has worked as a Director at two research universities and holds a master’s degree in chemistry from the University of Oregon. He has dedicated the past 15 years to the study and understanding leadership and human development and holds a certificate in neuroscience from the NeuroLeadership Institute. Chris lives in Oregon with his wife, daughter, and their very stubborn dog.
