Lisa has worked with leaders and organizations in domestic and global markets for over 18 years. She has rich expertise in Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting. She works with leaders to design customized development strategies designed to help accelerate their effectiveness, impact, and success.

Lisa is Founder of Dynamic Growth International, which specializes in high impact Executive Coaching and Leadership Development. She has lived and worked internationally and brings a multicultural perspective to her work with leaders and organizations.

Lisa has worked with clients across a variety of businesses and industries including American Express, ExxonMobil, Jaguar Land Rover, Thunderbird School of Global Management, Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, and Wells Fargo & Company. Internationally, she has worked with Lotus Cars, British Petroleum, Harcourt Publishers, Nokia, Sun Microsystems, and GlaxoSmithKline .

Lisa helps leaders explore and cultivate their authentic leadership presence and enhance their ability to connect, influence, and inspire. She partners with leaders to elevate their leadership effectiveness by strengthening essential leadership communication skills including executive briefing and speaking with confidence and clarity. She has a breadth of experience in Mindful Leadership, Leadership Resilience and Authentic Leadership.

Lisa has worked in leadership and management positions in organizational consulting and held a Vice President role in the financial services industry. She is a successful people leader who strives to build cultures of engagement and high performance. Lisa has extensive experience designing and facilitating training engagements with individuals, leaders, and teams on a wide range of leadership competencies. Lisa worked as the Director of Training services for a London-based Employee Assistance Program, Workplace Options, where she developed and delivered customized training programs and initiatives in Fortune 500 companies across the United Kingdom.

Lisa holds Master’s Degrees in Clinical Psychology and Health and in Professional Counseling. She has experience with multiple leadership assessment tools and is certified in the Hogan Assessment Suite and Leadership Versatility Index (LVI).
