Rick is an Adjunct Faculty Executive Coach for The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, has a BBA in Finance from Loyola Marymount University, is certified by the International Coach Federation, and is a Credentialing Committee Member of the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches.
